7-Day Yoga Class Prep Course

What to know to attend ANY Yoga Class.

If These Sound Familiar, Then You’re in the Right Place….

You want to attend a Yoga class, but feel like you’ll look silly or feel awkward.

No one is an expert when they first start out, but I know exactly what you mean. Thankfully, you can take this course in the privacy of your own home. And you can ask me direct questions through the UpCoach platform. Often times your questions are very common, so there’s no need to feel embarrassed or shy!

You don’t think you’re flexible enough.

This is the most common complaint for everybody. You don’t have to be flexible to start a Yoga practice. We use postures to loosen up the body without the need to fit into an aesthetic. Everyone with a Yoga practice started out when they were stiff. It’s all about consistency.

You simply don’t have enough time to travel to a class.

Thankfully with this course, you can practice at a time that works with YOUR schedule. No need to fuss in traffic, rushing from A to B. Simply open up your device, and begin in the comfort of your own home.

I’m not the right age for Yoga

This is wildly untrue. You can practice Yoga at ANY age. I structured this course so anyone can modify the more challenging postures and still reap the benefits. Also, the lectures, breathwork and meditation practices are designed with everyone in mind. It’s not ALL postures.

My name is Brent Goble, and I am thrilled and honoured to have you here.

Yoga calls to us when we need it most. Often times, happy lives don’t precede the need to attend a Yoga class; it’s most likely the opposite. We, as a society, have become oversaturated in the chaotic rhythm of our everyday lives. It seems like peace and serenity are only meant for those who dedicate their lives to it.

Not so.

I, too, turned to Yoga when I was at such a point in my life, going out in the world seemed like a monumental undertaking. The pressure of performing drained and fatigued me.

It wasn’t until I went to my first Yoga class that I learned how to finally breathe! From that first class, I was forever changed.

The body and mind are meant to feel blissful - it’s our default state. But sadly, we have encumbered ourselves with debilitating beliefs about ourselves, and these beliefs transfer to the body.

What I have learned as a teacher (and student) is that everyone of us has a story to tell through how we think, how we breathe, and how we move. In this reverse order - movement, breath, thoughts - we can take control and rewrite the story we have been telling ourselves over and over again.

In a Yoga journey that is now coming to 15 years, I don’t know of any other process that provides the evolutionary growth than the practice of Yoga. Since before written time, it has served as a template of mastering ones inner psychology so that they may ascend to a place of pure bliss.

But it takes practice and consistency. The postures, breath and meditation practices don’t do themselves. They take effort. And the reward is well worth it.

The joys of teaching Yoga are infinite. To teach Yoga is to be in a continuous cycle of giving and receiving. I have seen countless of my students’ lives changed through the practice. Their bodies more relaxed, the glow in their faces after a session, how their families have also been positively impacted. Because to teach Yoga, is akin to planting seeds of spiritual ascension. The roots spread not just to the individual students, but outward into the world.

I took the time to figure out just what exactly people need to know in order to start their practice and bypass all their reluctance. And it’s not just basic, boring postures. It’s an inner activation, coupled with that of the mindful breath, that I share. These techniques are part of my 15 year Yoga adventure.

So I decided to put it into a very affordable 7 Day Course complete with interactive lectures, philosophical comparisons, case studies, effective postural practice, stimulating breathwork, and insightful meditation. This course will teach you everything you need to know to get back out into the world, and find your Yoga teacher.

We all needs mentors, guides, and inspiration to fuel our journey, and I will be forever thankful to all those who have helped illuminate my path. I am in this life to share the gifts and knowledge I have been given.

All you have to do is be open to receive it.

In Loving Gratitude,

Meditation is the Answer

The power of change lies in the subconscious mind, which comprises 95-99% of our everyday lives.

All of us carry a story that has constructed our unique perspectives. This story is generally created through the accumulation of our individual experiences, and it largely exists outside of our conscious awareness. Our subconscious mind is like a hard drive that constantly records and stores all of this information.

While the subconscious mind is incredibly powerful, it can also be quite limiting. This is because the subconscious mind tends to operate based on old patterns and habits. So if we want to effect change in our lives, we need to tap into the power of the subconscious mind.

A wonderful way to tap into the power of the subconscious mind is through meditation. Meditation allows us to quiet the noise of the outside world and focus inward. It helps to still the monkey mind, and gives us access to the deeper levels of our consciousness. Through meditation, we can begin to understand the patterns and programmes that exist in our subconscious mind, and start to make changes accordingly.

The power of the subconscious mind is vast and far-reaching. By tapping into it, we can effect powerful change in our lives.

Our self-image is constructed in our subconscious mind, which is a million times more powerful than our conscious mind and we operate 95%-99% of our lives through it.

Almost every one of us carry unique ‘traumas’ from our pasts which uniquely shapes our self-image, which is responsible for our unique struggles.

To shift a deep-rooted pattern or behaviour in your life, requires you to release your past traumas and consciously program your ideal self-image in your subconscious.

And that’s your personal mastery journey; to learn how the beliefs about your “self” influence your reality, release your past traumas, and consciously install beliefs in your self-image that are aligned with our ideal path.

From Darkness, We Step Into The Light

“All the powers in the universe are already ours. It is we who put our hands before our eyes and cry that it is dark.” ~ Sw. Vivekananda

The universe is full of infinite possibilities and potential. All the power we could ever need or want is already within us, it is just a matter of tapping into it. So often we create our own limitations by putting our hands over our eyes and crying that it is dark. But if we would just open our eyes and see the truth, we would realize that the light is always there, waiting for us to embrace it.

Swami Vivekananda was a great spiritual leader who understood the power of positive thinking and self-empowerment. He believed that each one of us has the ability to tap into our inner strength and greatness. We just need to have faith in ourselves and our abilities.

When we start to believe in ourselves, anything is possible. We can achieve anything we set our minds to. So let us all remember the wisdom of Swami Vivekananda and strive to tap into the power within us.
